He progressed through the ranks, assuming increasing responsibility and leadership roles.

Brahim’s expertise extends beyond technical realms, as he has comprehensive knowledge of the insurance value chain. He has been involved in insurance transformation globally implementing technology in Europe, Asia, and North America. As VERMEG Digital General Manager, he delivers exceptional value to clients by driving organization efficiency and creating product roadmaps.

Brahim is a trusted partner in over forty countries and continues to innovate and drive change in the insurance industry.

Ines holds a master’s degree in computer science. With over 16 years of experience in insurance and banking, she started as a software developer, refining her skills and gaining industry insights. She advanced through the ranks, taking on more significant responsibilities and leadership roles.

In addition to her technical expertise, Ines excels in managing client relationships and leading multiple teams. She has overseen strategic projects in Europe and North America. As VERMEG’s Digital Strategy and Innovation Director, she is delivering exceptional value to clients and contributing to digital products roadmap development.

Michael’s career is nothing short of impressive, having orchestrated the acquisition and sale of seven distinct insure-tech companies. His profound knowledge of digital transformation within the insurance industry has been honed over decades of dedicated service. Mike currently occupies the prestigious role of President at Magikforms, and his influence extends as a distinguished board member at VERMEG, underscoring his prominent position in both the insurance and technology sectors.

Michael Risley is a seasoned insurance industry executive with extensive experience around digital transformation, new business and policy administration, technology, and Business Process Outsourcing for the global insurance industry.

He has held executive positions at major insurance technology providers including DXC, CSC, and PMSC/CYBERTEK.

Mike is currently the CEO of Agenium and serves as a Board Member for VERMEG

Kanisha leads the intersection of insurance and emerging technologies at Deloitte such as low code no code working with Insurtechs. She is an experienced Insurance Technology Leader known for building global teams and delivering complex engagements resulting in significant successful transformations with a defined & delivered ROI.

She specializes in large scale digital transformations across various tier 1 Insurance packages and human centered process design. She has deep rooted understanding of core technology and tech enablers across the insurance value chain and various sub sectors of property, casualty, life and annuities.

Kanisha received her Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University with major in Computer Networks from MIT.
